SS-1H/SS-1

Bitumen Emulsion SS-1h is an ​anionic slow setting asphalt ​emulsion. It is formulated with a ​harder base (lower penetration) ​than SS-1 for use in warmer ​climates.

CSS-1H/CSS-1

Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1h is a ​cationic slow setting asphalt ​emulsion. It is formulated with a ​harder base asphalt (lower ​penetration) than

CSS-1, it is designed for warmer ​climates.

CRS-1 and CRS-2

A rapid setting cationic water-based emulsified asphalt ​used for spray application such as chip seal and sand ​seal as well as geo-textile applications. Also used to ​bond old pavement to new in many types of ​applications including: overlays of new pavement to ​old, pothole patching, joint, curb and gutter

interfaces.

MC-70 and MC-250

Bitumen Cutback MC-70 and MC-250 are

medium curing (MC) cutback asphalts

consisting of penetration grade asphalt cement and diluent or “cutter” of medium volatility. For ease of ​handling and application, the viscosity of the asphalt cement is temporarily reduced by the diluent.

MC-70 and MC-250 are primarily used in new

road construction as a prime coat of the base

course prior to laying the bituminous surface

course. It binds the granular material of the

base course to the asphalt layer.

Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) offers functional,

economic, and technical advantages compared

to conventional mixes such as long-term

durability and service life, high resistance to

permanent deformation, excellent skid

resistance, and most-importantly, great value

for money.

The durability of SMA pavements is ​more than

50% higher compared with other ​conventional

asphalt pavements. SMA has been

successfully applied on heavily ​trafficked roads

as well as airports both on ​runways and

taxiways.

VIATOP® cellulose fibers are coated with

bitumen in a special production process. The

bitumen acts as a granulation aid. It is thereby

possible to control the granulation forces acting

on the fibers during the granulation process. At

the same time, the bitumen takes over the

function of a spacer between the fibers –

necessary for the complete dispersion of the

fibers during the asphalt mixing process.

Soil stabilization is a very common ​process

for almost all road projects and is ​necessary

to obtain a strong and durable ​base for the

road.

Strengthening the ​Base

Types of soil stabilization can be ​classified

into two groups--one of which is ​chemical

stabilization.

Our soil stabilizer is a polymer

dispersion for soil stabilization ​which is

applied to the soil and forms bonds

between the soil or aggregate ​particles

and the hydrated cement particles.
